Through the years, Emmegi has constantly renovate its technology with regular investments in machinery (specifically customized for its needs), production system and software to improve the technical assistance, granting the realization of components starting from the technical CAD drawing or samples.
All this combined with a big expertise of testing the suitability of materials and technologies / equipment used, with a constant supervision and control of the Company production efficiency process.

The production divisions are equipped with automatic multi-spindle lathes, both with cams and CNC control, but also with single spindle machines with numerical control to allow of both large and small / medium quantities, always guaranteeing a high quality level of production.

To optimize time and processing phase with maximum results, Emmegi is equipped with Sodick machine, a precision wire EDM that manufactures all the tooling with millesimal tolerances and excellent finishing quality.

Every tools and equipment, after maintenance, are carefully stored in an automatic warehouse.

Emmegi can assure the highest quality in every production process phase up to the packaging and labelling stage.

A bar/QR code labelling meet every client’s request, granting the identification and traceability of the supply chain, to increase the customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the Company provides additional services such as: nickel-plating treatment, copper plating, chrome plating, annealing etc.; just in time service, Kanban and its-own vehicles shipment service.
