Organization and flexibility for different working process have always been the hallmark of
Emmegi.
Emmegi invests in new technologies; it is equipped with a wide range of automatic machines for statistic controls in the production line and with a 100% control on the final product (made to order).
Together with the quality system improvements, the production processes are constantly being monitored by dedicated software and qualified staff. The expertise and knowledge of the technical department together with the use of advanced electronic instruments and quality control equipment ensure the product conformity and the compliance to the client’s specifications.
The turning quality increases after the cleaning phase thanks to a new-generation machine with dedicated programmes which allows to clean and degrease maintaining the perfect conformity of the product. This is done with all respect for the environment, since washing is executed in a closed-circuit and without any emissions.
